Emotional Support and Service Animal Application 2019 - 2020: Applications will be processed within 30 days of submission.
Meal Plan Exemption Application 2019 - 2020: Applications will be processed as submitted. Students may be asked to meet with the Director of Fresh Ideas Dining Services as a part of the meal exemption process.

2019-2020 Residency Exemption - Residing with Parent_Guardian Certification Form.pdfHastings College has a three year residency requirement. If you live within a 30 mile radius (see map below) of the College, you are allowed to stay with your parent/legal guardian. In order to do so, you will need to fill out the attached form, have it notarized, and include the two forms of required residency documentation. You can drop off the completed form and documentation to Residence Life in the Student Life office in the Hazelrigg Student Union, or mail it to:
